The Game Scout training courses to be held at a private conservancy are designed for suitable applicants of either gender to further their skills and improve their chances of employment in local industries associated with wildlife conservation. The standart course is to be held for a training/internship period of three months and split into three modules. Each successful applicant will be issued with a certificate of participation on graduation of the course.

Based on performance, a selected few will then go on to participate in an additional short course on Leadership Skills to prepare them for positions of greater responsibility.
